Several high-precision electronic copper strip production lines are specialized in large-scale production of lead frame tape, RF cable tape, oxygen free copper tape and other high-precision copper and copper alloy strip production lines. Products are widely used in large-scale integrated circuits, connectors, electronic communications, aerospace, military equipment and other high-end fields.

1000mm production line is specialized in large-scale production of transformer belt, decorative belt and other wide and high-precision plate and strip.

Copper and copper alloy wide and thick plate

The company has the largest cold and hot dual-purpose rolling mill in Asia, which can produce ultra wide and ultra thick non-ferrous metal plates. The products are mainly used in nuclear power, hydropower, shipbuilding, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields. The copper cooling wallboard for blast furnace first developed by the company completely replaces the import, and the white copper plate produced by the company has been exported to Japan, South Korea and other shipbuilding developed countries for a long time.

The company has several production lines for copper tube bars and profiles, with an annual production capacity of more than 10000 tons. The range of available specifications and varieties is very wide. The products are widely used in the fields of shipbuilding, aerospace and other national defense equipment. Large diameter, thin-wall copper and copper alloy pipe is the exclusive product in China, with the maximum diameter of 368mm

Luoyang Copper processing has the only wrought magnesium plate and strip production line in China, producing conventional wrought magnesium alloy AZ series, me series and high strength wrought magnesium alloy ZK series, which are widely used in aerospace, electronics and other national defense and military construction fields.

The products are widely used in aerospace, aviation, transportation, electronics and other industries as well as exported to Japan, Europe and the United States and other overseas markets

Ingot

In 1960, the company began to produce the first Bronze Ingot in China, and the melting and casting technology has always been in the international advanced ranks. In recent years, the company has introduced a number of main equipment from the United States, France, Germany, Sweden and other developed countries, with a strong casting capacity. The single ingot weighs 10 tons and is 10 meters long.
